Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to prepare a complete architectural project?

The timeline depends on the scale of the project and the City Hall's review procedures. On average, the full design cycle of a private house (including permits) lasts from 2 to 4 months. We work according to a pre-determined schedule so that you can start construction on time.

Do you do geological and topographic research?

Yes, when ordering a full design package, we provide a topographic survey and geological survey of the land plot. This is necessary for the designer to correctly calculate the stability and seismic resistance of the foundation.

Does the service include obtaining a building permit?

This is one of the main parts of our service. We ensure full management of the process with the City Hall: approval of the architectural sketch, completion of stages I, II, III and IV, and obtaining a construction permit in full compliance with applicable regulations (including Resolution 41).

I live abroad. Will we be able to work remotely?

 We have extensive experience working remotely. Using modern technologies (Meet meetings, screen sharing, video reports), you will be actively involved in the process, from anywhere in the world. Documentation will be provided to you electronically, and our team will ensure communication with the city hall on site.

Do you work only on private homes or commercial properties as well?

Our portfolio includes both individual residential buildings and commercial and public facilities (hotel, restaurant, office, apartment building). In the case of commercial projects, we pay special attention to functional zoning, fire safety standards and business specifics.

Does the architectural project include interior and exterior design?

A standard architectural package includes the planning and construction of the building. However, for a perfect result, we offer a comprehensive approach.

You can additionally order interior design (visualization of the interior space and a complete renovation plan) and exterior design (detailed facade design and selection of materials). The combination of these services ensures that the appearance of the building and internal comfort are in perfect harmony.
