The price of exterior design is calculated not by the square footage of the floor, but by the square footage of the wall area (facade surface). The price depends on the architectural style (classical/modern) and the complexity of the object. For an accurate estimate, write to us and we will calculate an individual cost for you.

Does changing the facade require permission from the city hall?

In most cases – yes. Changing the shape, color or facing material of a window on a facade is considered an architectural change (often a Class I work). Our services include not only design, but also, if necessary, assistance in the approval and permit procedures of the sketch at the city hall.

Where can I get the materials that will be in the rendering?

Along with the design, you will receive a material specification indicating the types of stone, wood, composite, or paint used. We will advise you on where to purchase specific materials in the local market.

Is it possible to order an interior design and architectural project?
