Does changing the facade require permission from the city hall?

In most cases - yes. Changing the shape, color or facing material of the window on the facade is considered an architectural change (often a Class I work). Our services include not only design, but also, if necessary, we will help you with the approval of the sketch at the city hall and the permit procedures.

Where can I get the materials that will be in the rendering?

Along with the design, you will receive a material specification indicating the types of stone, wood, composite, or paint used. We will advise you on where to purchase specific materials in the local market.

Is it possible to order an interior design and architectural project?

Yes, our team works comprehensively. If you are planning to build a house or do a complete renovation, we can offer you both architectural design (with permits and construction) and interior design.
