The main challenge of architecture in a modern urban environment is to create a building that becomes a city landmark.
Our project represents an architectural concept for a multifunctional complex that combines commercial and hospitality (HoReCa) sectors.

The building, spread over an area of 4700 sq m, is divided into two main functional zones:
Commercial space (1st floor): Open, showcase-type space designed for premium shops and restaurants.
Hotel Zone (Top 6 Floors): The main part of the building is dedicated to hotel rooms, which have individual balconies and panoramic views.

The hotel's architecture and identity are built on contrasts. The facade uses a synthesis of matte metal and natural wood panels , giving the building a solid yet warm look.
The facade lighting design draws special attention - diagonal, linear lights give the building a dynamic and futuristic look at night, making it more commercially attractive.

The architectural project envisages the first floor for commercial purposes. The top six floors are intended for hotel rooms. The entire perimeter of the building is lined with balconies, separated by a green strip. The walls are clad in matte metal and wood panels, while the interior walls are clad in large-sized tiles. The distinctive style of the building is created by non-standardly placed lighting.
