Private house design in Saguramo

Saguramo is one of the most prestigious resort and residential areas near Tbilisi, where modern architecture blends with the natural landscape.

The country house project in Saguramo, designed by Filet Studio, represents the ideal balance of comfort, aesthetics, and functionality.

Our goal was to create a living environment that would allow residents to relax from the noise of the city.

The building, spread over 310 sq m, is designed in a modern minimalist style.

The exterior of the private house is distinguished by sharp geometric shapes and the active use of natural materials. The main accent of the facade is vertical wooden panels, which add warmth to the building, combined with dark gray concrete elements.

Large panoramic stained glass windows not only provide an influx of natural light into the interior, but also blur the boundary between the house and the yard.

A modern villa is unthinkable without a properly planned landscape.

The project includes a courtyard design with an outdoor swimming pool as its centerpiece. A sunbathing area and an open terrace have been arranged around the pool, ideal for spending summer evenings.

Decorative plants and lawns are used in the yard, creating an ecologically clean environment.

For the design of the private house, natural wood panels, paints and metal plates were chosen. Terraces were arranged on the hilly terrain. Privets, boxwood, photinia and other decorative plants were chosen for the design of the yard, which had a positive effect on the environment.
