Country house design in Bulachauri

Located 20 minutes from Tbilisi, the house can be used as a family residence, as well as a summer cottage and a holiday cottage. The architecture of the building fully reflects the compatibility with the environment and landscape of the Bulachauri area.

The 85 square meter first floor has a living room and kitchen area, a bathroom and a pantry. A reinforced concrete staircase leads to the second floor, where there are four bedrooms and a balcony.

The facade materials include thermally painted metal sheets, natural wood materials, concrete texture tiles, and metal doors and windows. The interior also includes bright light beige, anthracite, pastel brown, and natural wood tones.

The resulting structure simultaneously serves as a family home and a vacation cottage, blending natural materials into the environment.
