01 - Challenge
Hotel "Heve" is located in Borjomi. The existing old building was to be replaced with a building with new functions and design.
02 - Approach
The facade is clad in burnt brick, which blends in with the black reflective stained glass windows and the landscape.
The sloping roof influences the overall design of the building, as its slope is repeated by the balconies and railings.
03 - Result
The visual concept was formed from this very context, combining the old and new visions.
