The area surrounding Lake Lisi is one of the most sought-after residential areas in Tbilisi.
Our goal was to create the architecture of a private house that would harmoniously blend into this landscape and, at the same time, emphasize the owner's refined taste.

The facade of the house is made in a modern minimalist style. The main emphasis is on contrasting materials:
Wood texture: The facade elements are clad with natural wood panels, which balances the cold tones of the concrete and adds coziness to the house.
Dark metal and glass: Large panoramic stained glass windows and dark metal railings ensure maximum natural light and create an “open space” effect.
Lighting: Linear lighting installed on the facade emphasizes the architectural forms of the building at night.

Spread over 250 sq m, this project is an ideal example of what a modern family villa should be – comfortable, energy-efficient, and aesthetically pleasing.

Linear lighting was installed on the left side of the main facade, black metal doors and windows, glass railings, and beige paint were selected. The mezzanine roof tile of the first and second floors protrudes onto the main facade, which gives the exterior a unique look.
