The 11-story complex designed on Gujarati Street emphasizes our team's vision and will appear as an urban sculpture .
Filet Studio's goal was to create an architectural masterpiece that "comes alive" at night and breathes new life into the Tbilisi landscape. The 6,500 sq m project combines a high-class hotel and commercial spaces.

"Living Facade" - The main advantage of the project is its unique facade. We refused static lighting and developed a kinetic lighting concept .
Moving light: Vertical lights are installed on the metal plates of the facade, which are controlled by a special program. At night, the lights move from top to bottom, creating the effect of "digital rain" or a waterfall.
Contrast of materials: The central part of the building is entirely devoted to panoramic stained glass windows, while the side wings are clad in dark, matte metal panels. This contrast gives the building a solid and austere appearance.

Floors 1-2: Dedicated to open-plan commercial spaces, restaurants and a lobby bar that connects to the street.
Floors 3-11: Hotel rooms with views of Old Tbilisi are located.
This project is our vision of what modern hotel architecture should be – technological, efficient, and memorable.

The architectural project of the hotel is located in Tbilisi, on Gujarati Street. The building is an 11-story structure, which exceeds 6,500 square meters.
